COLLEGE EXPLORATION DAY AT WEST POINT

Amplify Her® Foundation develops strategic partnerships with supportive organizations to curate professional networking and development opportunities, called Leadership Labs, for grantee partner organizations and the women and girls they serve. On April 4, 2024, Amplify Her® Foundation hosted our first “Leadership Lab” in partnership with Bella Abzug Leadership Institute, Girl Scouts of Greater New York, Seeds of Fortune, and Student Leadership Network. The Lab included a college exploration visit to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point where girls from New York City public high schools had the opportunity to participate in a women's leadership seminar, explore the Department of Systems Engineering, experience a flight simulator and virtual reality headset, join classes taught by distinguished women faculty, and tour the institution's state-of-the-art facilities.
